    You will find your insurance number on your insurance card. You can also ask the manager that is responsible for insurances at your company.
  • Yes, the easiest way is to contact us on +46 770 456 917 so we can help you with your insurance number. You can also enter a fictitious number (e.g. 1234567) but mind that this may lead to you having to answer more questions in connection with the processing of your claim afterwards.
  • This is probably because the insurance you have bought doesn’t cover that particular incident.
