3. What has happened?


Insurance number / booking number / card number could not be found. Please note that the English version is currently not available for cardclaims and some of out other insurance products. Please contact us instead on: +46 770 456 900 or use the Swedish version if that is possible.
  • You will find your insurance number in the confirmation mail that was sent to you after you booked/paid for your insurance. You can also find it in the policy letter.
  • You will find your insurance number on your booking where the type of insurance you have purchased is stated. The insurance number is in parentheses, e.g. SL-1034567.
  • Contact us on 0770-456 900 or send an email to info@erv.se and we will help you obtain your insurance number.
  • You must fill in the insurance number if you have signed the insurance directly through us or if you have received a specific insurance number from a reseller. On the other hand, if you have signed the insurance when you booked a trip through a tour operator or reseller and only received a booking number for the trip, this is what you should provide.
  • After your claim is submitted you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It is very important that you read this. If any information is missing we will contact you.
  • This is not possible at this time. You have to make two or more separate claims if you, for example, have suffered a flight- and luggage delay during your trip.
